“3 hours was too long. When you advertised this trip it looked wonderful. The reality was not wonderful. Food was ok but my partner is allergic to a couple of things and to be safe only had a little bit of food as not sure if there was nuts in. The service was great but overall the experience was dull we could not wait to get off. For the price you charged the expectation was not met.”
