“This was an excellent day trip from Prague. Our tour guide and driver, Jan, was knowledgeable and proficient. We first visited the Ruckl crystal factory in Nizbor. It was really neat to see how these crystal pieces are made and gives one a true appreciation for the work that goes into one. “Got to our meeting point and no one was there. Had to call Grey Line several times to have someone meet us. The guide we were given was horrible, no interactions and very quiet. We were taken to the glass factory, then told by our guide that we couldn’t go in for another 1 hour 1/2 due to no reservations till 11am, so she walked us to a bridge and we stood there waiting. During that time, still no interactions or info from our guide. Glass factory tour(by someone else)was great. Lunch was great but said one drink included, didn’t know they meant the tap water on the table so…”
