“3 hours was too long. When you advertised this trip it looked wonderful. The reality was not wonderful. Food was ok but my partner is allergic to a couple of things and to be safe only had a little bit of food as not sure if there was nuts in. The service was great but overall the experience was dull we could not wait to get off. For the price you charged the expectation was not met.”

The selection of food at the buffet was varied and of generally good quality although desserts could have been better. Queuing for the buffet once open was pretty chaotic as everyone went at the same time. It would have been much better to invite guests to join the queue one row at a time. Throughout the cruise we were entertained by a pianist/singer who was really excellent. Overall this was a high quality…”
